1.1. These Terms of Use govern the use of the QR Codaro website and online QR code generation service available at https://qr-codaro.com/. 1.2. By using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. 1.3. You are responsible for complying with the applicable Terms of Use. We will not be liable for any damages you may suffer if your access to any online service is blocked because you failed to comply with the Terms of Use or used the platform in a manner that may violate the Terms of Use. 1.4. The platform may immediately suspend or terminate your access if we suspect that you are using the online service in violation of its terms.
2.1. QR Codaro is an online service that provides users with the ability to create, edit and use QR codes. 2.2. The service is provided electronically via the website. Physical delivery of goods is not performed. 2.3. Access to certain features of the service may be provided free of charge or on a paid basis in accordance with the selected plan.

7.1. By continuing to use the QR Codaro platform, you agree that payment for services may be processed through the LiqPay payment system. As a condition of using LiqPay payment processing services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, as well as information required to process the transaction.
8.1. The materials and content that make up QR Codaro belong exclusively to the platform or its trusted licensors. You are granted permission to use these materials and content only in accordance with these Terms of Use. 8.2. Your right to use the QR Codaro platform belongs solely to you. You may not transfer your account to other persons. 8.3. You agree: 8.3.1. not to copy any part of the QR Codaro platform; 8.3.2. not to sell or provide any part of the QR Codaro platform to anyone else; 8.3.3. not to attempt to modify any part of the QR Codaro platform in any way; 8.3.4. not to seek or obtain access to the code of any part of the QR Codaro platform that we have not published for general use. 8.4. You agree that all confidential information, copyrights and other intellectual property rights of QR Codaro belong solely to the platform or to persons who have licensed these rights to the platform. 8.5. 9.1. The user has the right to submit a refund request in the event of an erroneous payment, duplicate payment, or technical inability to provide the paid service. 9.2. Refunds are made by crediting the amount to the bank card or other payment instrument used for payment. 9.3. To submit a refund request, the user must contact us using the contact details provided on the website. 9.4. A refund request is processed within 5 business days.
10.1. You confirm that any images, text or information you upload to the QR Codaro platform will comply with these Terms of Use and applicable law. 10.2. We do not claim ownership of your content. Instead, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and process such content solely to the extent necessary to provide QR Codaro services. 10.3. You must ensure that you have the right to use any third-party content that you upload or use through the platform.
11.1. In addition to other requirements of these Terms of Use, this section describes specific rules that apply to your use of the QR Codaro platform. 11.2. When using QR Codaro services, you may not: 11.2.1. bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the platform; 11.2.2. violate or attempt to violate any provisions of these Terms of Use; 11.2.3. use the QR Codaro platform if we have suspended or prohibited your use of it; 11.2.4. modify, interfere with, intercept, disrupt or hack the QR Codaro platform; 11.2.5. misuse the platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other materials that could harm the QR Codaro platform or any user; 11.2.6. collect any data from the QR Codaro platform except as permitted by these Terms of Use; 11.2.7. send or post any content that you do not own or have no right to use. 11.3. Non-compliance with the Terms of Use constitutes a serious violation and may result in: 11.3.1. immediate, temporary or permanent revocation of your right to use the QR Codaro platform; 11.3.2. a warning being issued to you; 11.3.3. other actions we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

We may immediately terminate your use of the QR Codaro platform if you violate these Terms of Use or other important platform access and use rules.

Although we do our best to ensure that the features of the QR Codaro platform meet the required standard, some features may depend on networks and connections that are outside our control. 14.2. QR Codaro services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This means we cannot promise that your use of the QR Codaro platform will be uninterrupted, free from delays or free from errors. 14.3.
