5.1. A refund request is processed within 5 business days from the moment all required information is received.

6. Refund Process

6.1. If a refund is approved, the funds are returned to the bank card or other payment instrument used for the original payment. 6.2. The actual time for funds to be credited depends on the user's bank or payment system.
